PRICING INFORMATION:

Idatareport provides healthcare facility data in the familiar cost report worksheet-section format and customized reports based on specific customer requirements.

We consider each report request unique and our objective is to tailor it according to the customer’s specifications.

We provide below an average cost estimate for each database. Please submit an order and you will receive a quote, number of records and facilities and any other information you request (sample report available).

STANDARDIZED REPORTS:

Standardized reports follow the Cost Report format. Prices are set at the worksheet section.

Prices:

• HCRIS Hospital: $200 per reporting period
• HCRIS Skilled Nursing Facilities: $200 per reporting period
• HCRIS Home Health Agencies: $200 per reporting period
• HCRIS Renal Dialysis Facilities: $200 per reporting period
• HCRIS Hospice: $200 per reporting period

Additional years are discounted by 20% ($160).

The datasets in general include:

• All available facilities (nationwide, or your request)
• Facility, sub providers (if any), and
• Other payers (Titles XIX or V, if any)
• Additional facility information (provider name, address, reporting dates and report inflator, facility type and control).

CUSTOMIZED REPORTS:

Customized reports and subsets or modifications of standardized reports are priced per request.

Special packages available on request.

Subscription: Annual subcription – 4 quarterly updates – $400 per reporting period (Additional years are discounted by 20%). You can receive the datasets of your choice periodically (quarterly).

After you fill out and submit an order form, a company representative will reply with specific information (Number of reporting facilities in the current update, dataset size, etc) and a final cost quote for the reportyou have requested. Attached with the reply will be a Paypal or Google Checkout invoice from which you can make asecure payment. After payment is received, your report will be prepared by a professional analyst and sent to you via a secure, password-protected link to our file hosting site within 24 hours of payment.
